Welcome
Hi, I’m Nina — a prenatal yoga teacher, sound healer, and founder of The Ananda Method. I support women on the journey to motherhood in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom through movement, meditation, and sound.
For over a decade, I’ve worked in government, politics, and nonprofits, while also cultivating a deep personal practice rooted in spirituality and self-inquiry. During my pregnancy, I felt a renewed pull toward this work, especially after experiencing the profound impact of sound healing, and began exploring how to share it more intentionally with others.
Through this work, I create nurturing spaces for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or moving through a life transition. My work honors rest, intuition, and emotional well-being. With gentle rituals, intentional movement, and the healing power of sound, I guide women in softening, listening inward, and reconnecting with themselves.
Whether you’re navigating change, seeking stillness, or simply needing support, I’m here to hold space for your experience.
