Hi, I’m Nina — a prenatal yoga teacher, sound healer, and founder of The Ananda Method. I help women on the journey to motherhood reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom through movement, meditation, and sound.

For over a decade, I worked in government, politics, and nonprofits, while quietly nurturing a deep love for spirituality and personal growth. After becoming pregnant and attending three sound baths in one week, something shifted — I knew it was time to slow down and devote myself to a new path. One that honored rest, intuition, and the feminine essence of receiving.

Today, I create sacred, nurturing spaces for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or simply moving through a life transition. Through gentle rituals, intentional movement, and the healing power of sound, I guide women in softening, listening inward, and coming home to themselves.
